Charles Michael Tobin
As a trial practitioner, speaker and author on commercial litigation claims in courts and securities forums, Chuck Tobin is a well-known business and trial lawyer. In addition to his JD from Catholic University, he holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Georgetown University.
He has chaired the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the Bar of the District of Columbia’s Litigation Committee. At the national level, he led the American Bar Association’s Trial Evidence Committee for three years and is a member of PIABA, the Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association, the nation’s leading association of lawyers representing securities investors.
